“What I love about Lauren’s teachings
and practicing with her is that she has the special ability to take students to a subtle yet very powerful level that seamlessly combines the physical and the spiritual. Many teachers are capable of bringing one or the other to their classes but few are capable of consistently combining the two in such a thoughtful way. I look forward to many more years of practicing with and learning from her.”
